day 1-
still at school so i ran 2 laps around the school. then i did 5x5 stairs. thats pretty much it. hope everyone has a great day!

Well I went to the doctor yesterday and was told that I should still be walking...ugh...so I went walking this morning for 30 minutes...whoopie!

wellll... this beautiful morning i was feelin a little good so i ran 3 miles & then did 3 sets of my ab workouts!

...it'll all be worth it.. it'll all be worth it... haha!

This morning i stretched and then ran about 2 and a half to 3 miles.

Day 1: Today I jump roped for thirty minutes to improve my cardio. After I ran three miles around the park down my street. For a cool down I stretched.

Well katie is not able to get internet right now, she was flying most of the day but was able to do a couple rounds of family time.
