I know all of the team will be working out and sleeping and eating and working out and finding out who those quotes are from and going to movies and visiting family and friends and working out and.........

*Got attacked by my front door and light fixture causing me to drop my cell phone and crack the screen* :-(
So I am apologizing guys, this is killing me! I walked again for 45 minutes and did a couple sets of arm weights...
I think I am going to say screw it to the doctor and am going to try running tomorrow :)
i almost forgot to add my workout for the day.. umm.. lemme think.. it's been almost 12 hrs since but i ran 2.5 miles.. 15 V-ups, 50 crunches, 8 push-ups/high fives, 12 V-ups, 50 crunches, 30 elbow to knees (each side), 10 V-ups, 30 side crunches (each side), 8 push-ups/high fives... and then a goood 7 hrs at 2 different malls and $200 later... im exhausted!!

Funny (and I don't mean humorous) that I don't see everyone leaving their workouts.......those two days off can't extend into the week......I can't wait until January and practice for all the things I learned at the Coaches Convention....and I saw and talked to my hero Sue Enquist (UCLA)....ohhhhh, the things I have for Spring conditioning:)!
