hello to all! so today I did some hitting off the t and soft toss. After i ran to the gym and lifted and then ran home. Hope you guys are all having and amazing break!

It makes more sense to just reply to the discussion thread on the softball workouts, that way the sports related articles will be outstanding and all of you can post on the same forum or discussion thread or whatever you want to call this:), this from someone who didn't know how to text until this year and only got a call phone 4 years ago......resisting technology.... let's go back to wooden bats......

went to that warehouse and did some volunteer work with some of our team and coach.. I feel like that is appropriate workout....did a lot of walking

missed the volunteer work today, was with the fam, its that time of year!
I went running but got lost, so i ended up having to ask for directions from this couple who thought I was crazy. I have no idea how many miles, but I was lost for a good hour, cuz i thouhght i knew where i was.
what an adventure! oh, and it started raining on me!

Hitting lesson: Tee Work, Balance Board, Couple Rounds Off the Machine...

dear team,

soooo.. i didn't technically work out today, even though i was helping out at the salvation army from like 9 to 3.. all that bending and lifting and taping....

...but lyndsey's having technical difficulties por lo momento but she did an hour on the treadmill at the gym..

p.s. 3 days till Christmas!!!!!!

Went to 24 hour fitness and ran 3.5 miles on the treadmill and i lifted for an hour.

TODAY I WENT TO DA YMCA AND DID AN HOUR OF CARDIO (DA BIKE, ELIPTICAL, STAIRMASTER, AND TREADMILL) AND I DID ABS AND DID UPPER BODY LIFTING (BICEPS, TRICEPS, WRISTS)...
