ran 4 miles, weight lifted

hey girls today went to the field with rach,alecia and tiff and took ground balls and threw to first and second. They took a round of softtoss with wiffle balls and then hit front toss. About 20 cutts..

O and I forgot did bunnie hopps to first, duck things to second, lunges to third, and sprinted home. Then ran the bases and did various situations..later I cleaned the house for you guys all to comeover..

Hey everyone!
Sorry for the lack of posts the last few days, with my birthday quickly approaching my old age is catching up to me :) I've been working hard though! On Monday and Tuesday I've gone to my old jc and worked out with the team. Their new field is beautiful and I'm extremely jealous! I've done hitting and defense and again, my old age is showing because I'm a lot more sore than I'm used to being. What the hey! Today I gave my muscles a break but I will back at it again tomorrow.
Later gators! Umm, I mean, later Hawklings!

Crap i almost forgot to post again... i did hiiting stations for about an hour and thirty minutes and then was going to go to the cage but it had gotten to dark :(

Hey Liz and other Hawklings-

I commend you, Liz, on your bravery to post here among the land of the Hawks! Seems that they're ignoring you for the moment (probably don't know what to say/think) or no one noticed (again, lack of awareness or being brain dead over Xmas break), or else I would have expected them to welcome you into the fold...guess I'll have to teach them manners this Spring...glad to hear you've been running, as that's always a good thing:)..see you at Lyndsey's house on Sunday for our team welcome back dinner!

Glad to see most everyone has been posting, although not as regularly as the 5 days/week. Beware!! We are going to enter 2009 like banshees and berserkers (u can look those up....:):)!!...... so get into the spirit and I'll see you on Sunday!

sorry i havent posted i have no intetnet till late january but, tuesday i went to the gym and lifeted and did 1 round of family time. wednesday i threw a little with my dad and ran a half a mile and today i ran a mile and went to the gym and lifted(arms and legs)
