went to the gym today... did abs free weights and ran 2 miles... worked on my legs with squats lunges and caf raises..

StephNeal Day Two:

Hello Folks! Slept in til 1 because I am finally done with this semester! Yay! Went to the gym, warmed up on the elliptical, did a few rounds of legs and arms, did a super round of family time and did squats. Attempted to run home but stopped at a friend's house on the way because it was freezing outside!
Also, yesterday I went Christmas shopping in the city and walked a lot! Probably a good three miles. I think that should count for something.

And for the record, both of the Hawaiians are weird.

heeeey ladies! my comp wasnt workin yesterday so this was my tuesday routine.. wednesday's to be posted later later...

ok.. so first off i concurrrrr w/stephneal.. ohh hawaiians *sigh*..

2nd- my workout!! ..let me introduce yall to the filthy 50's.. well mine were modified to the filthy 25's lol..

wheel barrel pushups, back to back squats, wall sits/ tricep dips, box jumps→stairs, jump rope/ side to side jumps, sprawls, Russian row, dive bombers→ pushup, renegade row burpies, jumping lunges.. so yaaaa i did about 25-35 of each and then did 5x5 stairs at my house (it was rainin outside) & then did a round of V-ups, crunches, and butt lifts =]]

KEEP IT UP EVERYONE! toodles!!

hey girls I think I am not doing this right.I dont know I put in what I did in the workout in a blog but not sure..So well today I went to the gym. I did circuit room for an hour than ran on the elyptical for an hour..

hello my fellow teammates!!!! anyways today i went to the gym for an hourish and ran a mile did the ulliptical (or however the hell u spell it) for a mile and did the bike for a mile on level 15. Then i did family time and more abs and then called it a day!

Today I ran 1.5 miles on my treadmill, then went outside and jump roped for 20 minutes, then I ran sprints (10- 40 yds.)

I went to the gym and went on the eliptical for 45 min and lifted ( full body workout) I also did 2 rounds of family time
