today i ran 3 miles (slowly!) and did 2 rounds of family time.

I DID AN HOUR OF CARDIO (TREADMILL, BIKE, ELIPTICAL, AND STAIR MASTER)...THEN I MAXED OUT WITH CALVES, HAMSTRINGS, THIGHS, AND ABS... PRETTY SURE IM IN PAIN...DONT WORRY IM STILL ALIVE... = )
