heeeeey! so at first i was gonna run to stephneal's house.. but then i realized that would be liike an all day hike.. so then i settled to running to my girl paige's.. however its like 30 below freezing outside so i thought otherwise.. i almost failed to workout & then brilliance hit me!! i could do the free week at paige's gym where it is oh so toasty & so today i did 20 min on the treadmill w/intervals of sprints.. and then 3 circuits of a bunch of abs, legs, and arms!! i think i hit all the main spots ;) whelp, keep it up ladies.. only a week till we get down on the playground!

hello hawklings, so yesterday i wasnt by a computer to post but i did 2 rounds of family time and 30 pushups. Today i ran 2 miles and did 2 and a half rounds of family time 200 sit ups and did and oblique work out with a medicine ball for 10 minutes. I ended with some pushups and then some stretches.
