im gonna have to say today was very productive & you should all be proud of me!! this morning i got up early and went to the gym with my friend paige... i did a legit 20 min run on the treadmill, but since im not as in shape as she was i did another 25 min fast-paced walk with weights like those older ladies do at the track by my house.. it really was a greeeaat workout! lol ..then i proceeded to doing a lot of abs on the big bouncy ball with weights and also legs.

Hola ladies so today was quite a workout and as we speak I am finding it hard to breathe......thats how sore i am. I honestly have been working out i swear but nothing actually compares to hardcore practice. So today me and alicia and chan warmed up. After me and alicia did blocking drills first without gloves about 15 balls to each side and front. Then we did 15 more to each side and front with gloves on. After that I did throw downs.... I did 15ish to each base then did the same off the knees. After I threw I hit 2 sets of 10 wiffles and then hit front toss for about 20 more swings. After we hit then we did some leg work around the bases ( bunny hops to first, duck walks to 2nd and then lunges to 3rd and sprint home) after we did some more base running and called it a day!

Hi girls. Today I woke up super early!! 8 a.m. (thats early for me) and I ran four laps around the park by my house with my little sister. I think it equals about 2 miles. Later I threw for twenty minutes and then ran sprints.

Hey ladies! Went to the field today and did 4 buckets of grounders. 1 on the tee, warm-up. Then 7 in the cage.
