Dennis Jones Volleyball All-Conference Announced, Chase is Top Newcomer of the Year

California Pacific Conference champion Menlo College took the top individual honor and placed three players on the all-conference women's volleyball first team, Commissioner Don Ott announced today. Senior middle blocker Deborah Bekowies captured the Player of the Year award in the closest vote for Player of the Year in recent memory. LA MIRADA, Calif. --- Cold shooting would doom the Hawks as they drop the season opener at Biola, the Nations 17th ranked NAIA I club. Dennis Jones Women's Cross Country takes first at Cal Pac Preview

The hawks showed resiliency Saturday as they defeated Simpson and William Jessup in the CAL-PAC PREVEIW. It was a blistering hot day and several of the athletes were injured, however that didn’t stop the women from smashing their competition. When the HNU men’s cross country team crawled onto the start line Saturday at the highly prestigious CAL-PAC PREVIEW invitational with hopes of keeping their undefeated streak looking bleak.
